M1 Business Hub have a range of meeting rooms that cater for 1-6 persons. We also have an executive Boardroom for up to 12 persons and a large Training Room that can seat up to 35 persons.
Meeting rooms are perfect spaces to conduct business with clients or colleagues, or even a space to stay focused on work tasks. It also provides a better working atmosphere, rather than meeting at a busy café or at an expensive hotel meeting room.
The meeting rooms at our facility are affordable, at a great location if you want to meet people from both the Gold Coast and Brisbane and are already set up for you with tea, coffee and water. Our booking system is also very simple, where you can easily reserve your space over a quick phone call or via email.
Our Meeting Room hire includes:
- Meet and greet for all attendees
- A reception area for your attendees to wait for your arrival
- Announcement of your attendees to alert you to their arrival
- Room preparation, configuration and clean-up
